I've seen a post here where it gave a routine for stripping out all traces of the Windows drivers before reinstalling, which would probably do the trick, but can't find it now.

If I change to the Microsoft PDF Printer, the "print" is in color. But changing back to the HP OfficeJet 3830, all it will print is Black & White. 😪 . Help?
