Webb10 juni 2024 · Late in the year, their network printers from the print server would display offline. Restarting the local print spooler fixes it, but it keeps happening. We recently (April) turned off SNMP on all the printers and it was ok for quite some time, but it happened again to 3 users late last week. From there, I had to tick the option ‘SNMP Status Enabled’ and press OK (it was off by default). That didn’t fix it, but going back in and turning that option off again and pressing OK, fixed it.
