Web29 Jun 2024 · To fix the issue, please check the virtual machine file (.pvm) or the whole folder containing it to the exclusions of an anti-virus application installed on the Mac or uninstall an anti-virus application from the Mac. Paul, I do not have any anti-virus or similar products on my iMac. Are you aware of any similar products that scan random files? Web22 Feb 2024 · The iMac 09 is only qualified for maximum Win7 32-bit (Ref: EveryMac ). The only way usually to get around this is install Boot Camp with Win7/32 then upgrade it. The last Win10 drivers for the 9600 were way back in 2016. It's a legacy card. I doubt an EFI mode Windows install would be a good idea on such an old Mac.
